Summary:

Private homeowner has lived in this property for over 20 years, over time the tree started to decay at the base with bark be coming loose and eventually a hole appeared.

Over has few years fungi brackets has appeared, the client was concerned the potential of internal decay and  failure close to the property.

We were commissioned to carry out specialist assessments with the use of sonic tree tomography and resistograph. 

We was able to pinpoint the decay issues. Based on the findings of the survey we were able to advise the client on the trees’ risk & give recommendations for proportionate tree management manage the risk.

We supplied a comprehensive report of our findings. The reports and implementation of the recommended tree management works demonstrate that we made reasonable efforts to manage tree risk on their sites.
