Summary:

Riverside housing association has over 75,000 homes under there management, they are alert to the fact that as tree owners they have a legal duty of care to asses.

Tree Wise actively engage in routine tree inspections across their estate so that any risk their trees pose to people & property can be managed in good time. 

Following tree inspections concerns were raised about the structural stability of mature trees close to homes in Liverpool, Manchester, Midlands and London.

We were commissioned to carry out 26 specialist assessments of the trees flagged for further investigation.

We was able to pinpoint the decay issues. Based on the findings of the survey we were able to advise the client on the trees’ risk & give recommendations for proportionate tree management manage the risk.

We supplied a comprehensive report of our findings. The reports and implementation of the recommended tree management works demonstrate that we made reasonable efforts to manage tree risk on their sites.
