Summary:

An elegant Grade II listed building offering a range of care services including, residential, respite, convalescence, palliative, dementia and Parkinsons, the site has extensive grounds with mature tree population and woodland. The care home is located on the Wirral, Birkenhead

We carried out a tree condition survey and created a management plan specifically for Care home to help meet the duty of care to make sure all the trees on and within the site are safe. It is the responsibility of the care home to ensure this is implemented regardless of how many trees there are on the land. The care home has extensive grounds with a large tree population and small woodland.

The survey was undertaken to inspect trees for hazards, enabling you to make sound decisions to maintain a safe environment for staff, pupils, and parents.

The client was happy with the detailed survey and report, which provided an arboricultural management plan, to manage other large tree populations and reduce the risk from trees on their site. We now undertake this tree condition survey annually to help them keep trees on their grounds.
